1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using an Innovation Blend website, app, prototype, demo, or related digital service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Scope of services

Innovation Blend services may include public websites, downloadable applications, prototypes, private test builds, demos, support pages, and related digital product experiences. Availability, features, compatibility, and supported platforms may change over time.

Access to a public-facing service does not by itself create a client, advisory, or professional services relationship unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

3. License to use

Subject to these Terms, Innovation Blend grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use its websites and applications for their intended lawful purpose. This license does not transfer ownership of any software, content, or intellectual property.

4. Accounts, connected services, and app stores

Some Innovation Blend services may rely on third-party accounts, connected content sources, app stores, hosting platforms, or device features. You are responsible for maintaining your own access, credentials, permissions, entitlements, and compliance with any third-party terms that apply.

Innovation Blend is not responsible for the availability, pricing, restrictions, or policy changes of third-party platforms, services, libraries, or app-distribution channels.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the software, design, branding, copy, graphics, interfaces, workflows, and other content made available through Innovation Blend services are owned by or licensed to Innovation Blend and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the services only as expressly permitted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit protected materials without prior written permission, except as otherwise allowed by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use a website, app, or service in a way that violates law or infringes another party’s rights.
• Attempt to interfere with security, availability, connected systems, or normal operation.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, probe, or attack the service in a harmful or abusive manner.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting Innovation Blend.
• Bypass restrictions, copy protected materials, or use the service to distribute unlawful content.

7. Service changes, updates, and beta features

Innovation Blend may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update a service or feature at any time. Certain builds or features may be pre-release, experimental, or offered without full production support, and may change more frequently or contain incomplete functionality.

8. Third-party content and services

Innovation Blend services may surface or connect to third-party websites, libraries, media, integrations, or content. Innovation Blend does not own or control third-party content and is not responsible for its legality, accuracy, availability, or continued access.

9. No reliance on service content alone

Content made available through an Innovation Blend website or app is provided at a general level and may change over time. It should not be treated as legal, financial, regulatory, medical, security, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a written agreement or formal engagement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Innovation Blend services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Innovation Blend does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or freedom from errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovation Blend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of a website, app, service, or related content.

12. Suspension or termination

Innovation Blend may suspend or terminate access to a service if necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, intellectual property, or normal operation, including when use appears abusive or inconsistent with these Terms.

13. Client work and separate agreements

Consulting, design, development, or other professional services provided directly by Innovation Blend will be governed by a separate written agreement where applicable. Those terms, not these public Terms of Use, control project-specific deliverables, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and scope.

14. Changes to these terms

Innovation Blend may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of a service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
